By engaging Miint Agency for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Miint Agency provides digital marketing services including web design, SEO, social media management, branding, market research, and targeted advertising. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project. Miint Agency retains rights to methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in service delivery. Portfolio display rights are reserved unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest at the prescribed rate under South African law. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Miint Agency provides services with professional care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue results from marketing services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
